You can use the Engage service to request help for a specific condition or general medical advice. There is also an administrative option where you can request sick notes, GP letters or prescriptions etc.
If you cannot complete an Engage Consult yourself, our administration team can help by submitting a request on your behalf. Please be assured: Our administration staff are not prying - they are following the GP's instructions and are bound by the same code of confidentiality as the clinical staff.
Sometimes, depending on your needs, the receptionist may advise you to contact your local pharmacist, dentist or optician.

A clinician will review your request and decide on the best course of action
The practice will then respond via the app with advice, a prescription or an appointment.
