You Said: Some patients, particularly older patients or those with mobility issues, told us that they found it difficult to get on and off the waiting room chairs. 

We Did: We purchased extra chairs with supportive arm rests to make it easier and safer for patients who need extra support when sitting down or standing up.

You Said: Patients with sensory sensitivities told us that the waiting room environment can sometimes feel overwhelming.

We Did: We now offer flexibility for patients who may benefit from a quieter environment by arranging appointments at less busy times.  Where appropriate, we can adjust the waiting room environment (such as reducing background noise) to make visits more comfortable.
