At Finlayson Street Surgery, we value the feedback we receive from our patients. Your comments help us understand what we are doing well and where can make improvements. This page shares some of the changes we have made in response to your suggestions - because when You Said, we listened and We Did. If you would like to make any suggestions or provide feedback, please complete our form.
You Said: Some patients, particularly older patients or those with mobility issues, told us that they found it difficult to get on and off the waiting room chairs.
We Did: We purchased extra chairs with supportive arm rests to make it easier and safer for patients who need extra support when sitting down or standing up.
You Said: Patients with sensory sensitivities told us that the waiting room environment can sometimes feel overwhelming.
We Did: We now offer flexibility for patients who may benefit from a quieter environment by arranging appointments at less busy times. Where appropriate, we can adjust the waiting room environment (such as reducing background noise) to make visits more comfortable.
