Today is a very sad day at Finlayson Street Surgery as we say goodbye to Dr Watt.  He has been a GP here for over 30 years and today is his last working day in practice.  All of us would like to wish him the very best in his retirement. Here he is with one of the many gifts presented to him.

As of 01/12/25, Dr Scott and Jordan West (Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner) will be joining as partners in the practice. Welcome aboard!

On Friday 22nd August, we said goodbye to our Paramedic Practitioner, Ally.  Ally had been employed with the surgery for 7 years and is off to enjoy his retirement. Here he is being presented with his leaving gifts from GP Partner, Dr Watt. We wish you all the best Ally!

We are now a Bronze Certified Bog Standard Practice from phs Group, in conjunction with Prostate Cancer UK. We provide male incontinence bins in our disabled toilet which are specifically designed for the disposal of incontinence products. This ensures men have access to washroom spaces where they can dispose of their waste discreetly and hygienically.
