Registering with a GP practice

Finlayson Street Surgery are currently informally managing our patient list. We are not accepting registrations directly at the surgery at this time (new born babies can still be registered directly with the same practice as their mother)

  • Collect a paper form from Reception
  • Return completed forms to Fraserburgh Hospital
  • Hospital will forward form to NHS Practitioner Services
** PLEASE DO NOT BRING COMPLETED FORMS TO SURGERY ** 
 
What Happens Next?
 
  • You will receive confirmation from Practitioner Services when your registration is processed
  • You will be allocated to either ourselves or Saltoun Surgery
Temporary Residents
Staying locally for less than 3 months and need to see a GP? Please speak to our reception team about registering as a Temporary Resident
